Booking Terms and conditions

  1. Payments

    1. INSPIRE FISHING requires full payment to be made at the time of booking which will be confirmed by email.
    2. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer only.
    3. Any “Other Services” provided not part of original booking will be agreed by both parties and confirmed by email. These services must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking.

  2. Bookings

    1. By making a booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
    2. Once full payment has been received you will be provided with a booking confirmation email to confirm the Fishing Experience Package.

  3. Cancellations

    1. All client cancellations are non-refundable.
    2. We may be able to accommodate an alternative date for your cancelled package. Any rebooking from a cancellation my incur additional costs. This is dependant on time and date(s) agreed. This will be confirmed by email.
    3. INSPIRE FISHING reserves the right to change fishing locations, if the chosen location is unsafe or unfavourable due to the river being in flood or if there is a netter opportunity to catch the target species at a different location.
    4. INSPIRE FISHING is not liable for disruption caused by factors out with our control, for example, adverse weather conditions, high flooding water, low drought conditions, river closures and government sanctions during time of booking.
    5. In the unlikely event that INSPIRE FISHING require to cancel a package due to the factors detailed in condition 3.4 above, a full refund (under deduction of any non-recoverable costs) will be provided within 10 business days of cancellation.

  4. Health And Safety

    1. All clients must wear/use any Safety Equipment provided and briefed during induction, for example, Life Jackets and Eye Protection. Failure to do this could result in the Session being stopped and removal from taking further part with no refund available.
    2. All clients must adhere to all up-to-date river and individual Fishery Rules and Regulations, which can be provided upon request. Failure to do this could result in the Session being stopped and removal from taking further part with no refund available.
    3. We would recommend that all clients obtain appropriate Travel Insurance.
